Baosteel Comprehensive Industries Development Co., Ltd.

A wholly-owned subsidiary of Baosteel Group Corporation. On September 12, 1986, Baosteel spun off 7 units including the Enterprise Company and General Affairs Division from the General Works to set up Enterprise Development Co. On January 1, 2008, the company was renamed as Baosteel Development Co., Ltd. after reform and restructuring.
