Special Steel Production of Baosteel No. 5 Steel Amounted One Million Tons
Special steel production of Baosteel No. 5 Steel reached 1.1 million tons in 2004, a 25.3% increase compared with last year; the annual sales has reached 5.52 billion Yuan, a 44.7% increase compared with last year, also a great increase in profit.
Baosteel No. 5 Steel improves it core competence by technology innovation, which results in great achievement. The total sales of the new products has reached RMB 1.58 billion which is 18.89 tons.
In 2004, special steel export of the company amounted USD 110 million, increasing 70% compared with last year, hitting a record height.
